2. General notes

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and handle it confidentially in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national data protection laws.

3. Server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting server stores the following data in log files:

• Date and time of access
• Anonymized IP address (truncated)
• Requested URL
• Referrer URL
• Browser and operating system

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the website). Log files are deleted after 14 days.

4. Analytics (Plausible Analytics)

We use Plausible Analytics to measure site usage. Plausible sets NO cookies, creates NO user profiles and does NOT store any personal data. Only aggregated, anonymous counters are collected (page views, time on page, country). Data remains on our EU-based server.

5. Contact by email

When you contact us by email, we process the submitted data to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR). Emails are deleted after 12 months unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Payment processing

We use Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands, for payment processing. Payment data is transmitted directly to Mollie. Mollie acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Mollie privacy notice: mollie.com/en/privacy

7. Product delivery

After purchase, we use the following processors to deliver the digital product:

You have the right to:

Supervisory authority: Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

9. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years for invoices under § 147 AO).

10. TLS encryption

This site uses TLS encryption throughout, recognizable by the padlock in your browser and the "https://" prefix.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this policy to keep it in line with current legal requirements. The version published on this page applies.
